
Hi, I'm Angharad, and I am here to help you heal.
My role is your guide, your cheerleader, your confidante.
Because your health is your responsibility, and when you take control, amazing things happen.
I help, guide and advise you, but it's you who heals you.
The healing process takes time. You're not alone. I'm with you, every step of the way.

1. Book an Informal Call
The first step is to book an informal call with me.
If BODY TALK resonates with you and you with me, then I will send you an email with all the links and information to get you started.
2. Your Session
You come for your session, where we will listen to your body's talk.
A nutrition plan is created for you throughout the session.
3. Findings & plan
At the end of the session, I will talk you through my findings and your nutrition plan.
4. Supplements & follow-up
You will then receive an email from me with your shopping list of supplements
(I am particular about the companies I use, since we are creating a powerful healing frequency for you).
You have access to me whenever you need clarification, reassurance, a chat, or anything!
I will get in touch with you to see how you're getting on with the nutrition plan, and you may wish to update me via email or through a video call.
Either way, we work as a team on your healing journey.
Sessions in the first instance are monthly.
How many sessions will you need? This will vary from person to person, depending on your needs.
It is something we will discuss in your initial call; however, 12–18 months would be a starting point for healing.
