Parking: Free on-road parking is available on Grove Terrace, though it can get busy. Additional free parking can be found on neighbouring streets.

Public Transport: Penarth Train Station is a 5-minute walk away (Cogan Station is about 20 minutes). Several bus routes stop nearby, including the No. 7 on Grove Terrace and the 93, which is close by.

Stairs: The treatment room is located on the first floor, so you will need to be able to use stairs.

Companion Space: There is enough room for you to bring someone with you if desired. Please note, however, that sessions are private and may involve discussing personal information.
